By using CIAN Collective, you agree to enter into a community of mutual respect. Our platform is a space for worship, creativity, and communal thriving.
Under the CIAN model, artists retain 100% of their intellectual property. You are granted a personal, non-commercial license to stream and listen to the music on our platform. Sampling, redistribution, or synchronization for commercial use without explicit license from the artist is strictly prohibited.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. 70% of your subscription revenue is distributed based on your personal streaming activity. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard.
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that engage in harassment, hate speech, or attempts to circumvent our payment structures or digital rights management.
As a 501(c)(3) entity, CIAN Collective operates with financial transparency. Your participation supports the mission of making Christ audible across all nations, and our terms reflect that spiritual commitment.
We strive for constant excellence, but we do not guarantee that our platform will be uninterrupted or error-free, particularly as we work to improve infrastructure in remote global regions.
