Transforming worship through connection, making the divine dance visible across every nation.
Supporting communities through transformative music ministry, and building a platform whereperichoresis—the Trinity's eternal dance of mutual love—becomes the business model, not profit extraction.
CIAN Collective was born from a holy discontent—a longing for worship that transcends performance and returns to the ancient rhythm of trinitarian love.
Our founder experienced what many have felt: worship spaces where the stage replaced the altar. Something essential was missing—the vulnerable, self-emptying love of the Trinity that welcomes all into the divine dance.
"What if melodies could awaken us to our deepest identity—beloved participants in God’s eternal flow of love?"
CIAN—Christ In All Nature—became the expression of this vision. Here, the patriarchs’ ancient wisdom meets contemporary sound. Our music doesn’t proclaim a tribal deity but celebrates the Trinity’s universal embrace.
This is worship as homecoming. This is CIAN.
Everything we do flows from one conviction: the cosmic Christ is reconciling all things, and music is one language of that reconciliation. We don't create to earn God's love—we already have it.We create from the overflow of belovedness. That changes everything: the songs, the business model, the community we're building. Faith isn't our niche market. It's our operating system.
Excellence isn't about impressing God—God's already delighted in you. It's about honoring the Incarnation. If God thought material reality was worth inhabiting, then professional- quality production isn't vanity. It's worship—world - class studios, pristine sound, beautiful design—all honoring the sacramental nature of music. We create from rest, not anxiety from fullness, not lack. And that produces something undeniably different.
Authenticity means worshippers who've actually experienced what they sing about. Not simply performing Christianity, but living it. We support those who create from a genuine encounter with the divine—the kind that undoes you, rebuilds you, and sends you back with something tangible to share. No manufactured emotion. No spiritual bypassing. No exploitation. Just honest humans making honest music about an honest God who loves them fiercely.
The Trinity is community—three persons in eternal mutual love. Everything created in God's image reflects that pattern. So, we're not building a platform. We're fostering communion. Artists collaborate globally. Listeners become participants. Churches partner across boundaries. Families share sacred sound. Music isn't background noise. It's the soundtrack to joining something ancient, something cosmic, something that's been dancing before time began.
Behind every great movement are people who believe in something bigger than themselves. Our team brings together diverse gifts, experiences, and passions—all united by a shared conviction.
Founder & CEO
I started CIAN Collective because I kept meeting incredibly gifted Gospel artists who were forced to choose between authentic faith and professional opportunity. That false dichotomy broke my heart. The Trinity doesn't choose between love and power, between beauty and truth, between intimacy and excellence—why should Gospel artists? This platform is my attempt to build infrastructure that honors both calling and craft, both mission and mastery. We're proving that perichoretic business models can compete globally while maintaining kingdom values. It's the most challenging work I've ever done. It's also the most aligned with who I'm created to be.
Head of A&R (Artist & Repertoire)
I listen for something specific: artists who've been to the well and come back different. You can hear it immediately—music created from encounter versus music manufactured for consumption. My job is to find voices that carry something real, then provide every resource they need to share it effectively. This isn't about discovering 'marketable talent.' It's about recognizing divine image-bearing and creating space for it to flourish. Every artist we sign is a theological statement: you're already beloved. Now let's release what Love has placed within you.
Music Producer
"Production is prayer for me. Every mix decision, every mastering choice, every sonic texture—it's all asking: how does this serve the song? How does this honor the artist's vision? How does this create space for listeners to encounter something beyond entertainment? I've worked in secular studios where music is a product. Here, music is a sacrament. That changes how you approach compression, reverb, arrangement—everything. We're not just making songs sound good. We're creating sonic environments where the divine can become audible."
Marketing Director
Marketing Gospel music is tricky. Do it wrong and you're manipulating people's faith for engagement metrics. Do it right, and you're simply introducing people to music that might genuinely serve their spiritual journey. I don't use dark patterns. I don't exploit anxiety. I don't manufacture scarcity. Instead, I tell true stories about real artists creating authentic music. It turns out that when you trust people and treat them with dignity, they respond. Who knew? (Everyone who understands perichoresis, actually.)
Numbers don't tell the whole story, but they tell part of it. Here's what we've accomplished together—artists, listeners, donors, partners, and team members—as we participate in making Christ audible across all nations:
Community Members
More than just subscribers—these are participants in a movement. Artists are finding collaboration opportunities. Listeners discovering they're part of something larger than playlists. Churches partnering across denominational lines. Families sharing sacred sound.
Artists Supported
Not "signed and forgotten." Actually supported—with fair pay (70% streaming revenue), professional development, mental health resources, global distribution, creative freedom, and community. These aren't "content creators." They're image-bearers releasing divine creativity.
Donated to Ministry
Every dollar funding measurable kingdom impact: youth music education in underserved communities, prison ministry programs, addiction recovery through music therapy, artist development grants, church unity initiatives, and global Gospel infrastructure.
Albums Sold
Each album represents hours of sacred work—songwriting, recording, production, distribution. Behind every sale: an artist who created from belovedness, a listener who connected with truth, and a platform that honored both with fair economics and technological excellence.
Countries Reached
Christ In All Nations isn't aspirational—it's operational. From French-speaking Africa to Latin America, from Europe to Asia, from island nations to metropolitan centers. Every continent. Multiple languages. Indigenous expressions. Cultural diversity as a theological conviction.
Testimonies Shared
Stories of healing. Encounters with grace. Moments when a song said what words couldn't express. Marriages restored. Addictions overcome. Grief processed. Hope rediscovered. Faith awakened. Community found. This is why we exist—not for streams, but for stories like these.
